We were extremely pleased with the excellent manner in which the team at SIS Pitches completed the construction of our new Rugby and Football pitch.
During the process, we were impressed with their open and knowledgeable communication, which gave us assurances that the highest standards were being met.
The team working on site were able to offer quick and informed solutions to logistic issues, ensuring that the project was completed successfully. Our students and the wider community are thoroughly enjoying playing on a world-class surface.

The hockey pitch and football/rugby pitch resurfacing works at Harrow School went to plan being on time and on budget. We are pleased with the appearance of the finished facilities which met the performance requirements of the specification.
SIS Pitches were pro-active with the client and ourselves which made the project run smoothly.

Loughborough University appointed SIS Pitches in June 2015 on a design and build contract for the conversion of the 1st XV rugby pitch to an artificial surface. This comprised the conversion of its 1stXV rugby pitch to a 3G SISTurf Rugger 65mm grass pitch with a 20mm insitu shockpad, both installed by and manufactured by SIS Pitches.

The SIS Pitches team, led by Jon Turnbull provided an excellent service both in terms of the quality of the finished product and the contract service offered. The project was completed on time despite challenging timeframes with a proactive, customer focused and non-contractual approach.

We will have no hesitation in employing SIS Pitches on future projects and recommending them for similar tasks. I look forward to working with SIS Pitches again; it was a pleasure working with Jon and his team, who demonstrated a positive “can and will do approach” throughout.

Our project, to add four new synthetic pitches and a 3 bay cricket training area, was the largest investment into sports facilities at the University of Manchester for nearly 10 years. SIS Pitches provided a very competitive and high quality bid and were awarded the contract. During a complication construction period, not helped by the typically wet Manchester weather, SIS Pitches maintained good communications with staff on site, and management through regular progress meetings. Standards were never compromised and little details such as providing purple nets and University logo’d mats really made a difference to the final presentation. With SIS Pitches, we achieved everything we set out to and are the proud owners of an excellent facility that will add massively to the student experience and provide a world class environment for them and the local community well into the future.

It has been a pleasure working with SIS Pitches during our Sports Grounds development; from tender through to design and delivery the attention to detail and professionalism has been outstanding.

I would like to say how helpful, professional and efficient SIS Pitches (UK) Ltd were during the 3 months they were on site constructing our new full size 3G artificial Grass Pitch which was completed in July 2017.

It was a pleasure dealing with SIS Pitches both on a day to day basis and also at our regular site meetings where they kept us fully informed at all time.  They had rigorous systems in place including health and safety procedures which passed all scrutiny from our local council.

Staff on site were always approachable, friendly and very knowledgeable.  Regional directors/manager also visited regularly and were always available to answer any queries we had.

SIS Pitches went above and beyond the practicalities by accommodated our exam period where construction noise needed to be kept to a minimum when students were sitting their exams nearly.  They were flexible where they could and considerate when needed.

At the final handover meeting only one minor issue was raised which was swiftly rectified and underlined the  first class service we experienced from them throughout disruptive and inconvenient process involved in building a 3G pitch on a school site during term time. Thank you

We have really enjoyed training on the new pitches so far and as players we know that excellent surfaces like these, especially during the winter months, can help give us an advantage over the course of a season. A good training surface is also important when it comes to injury prevention too and I’m sure our new pitches will bring us many more benefits as the months progress.

Cundall Manor School required SIS Pitches to deliver a turnkey package to a tight budget and deadline. The company were very accommodating and worked closely with us throughout the delivery of the project. Regular and open communication in the run up to the start of the project and then throughout the build ensured the senior management from the school were kept aware of progress and developments at all times, and that there was no slippage in either timescale or costs.

It was paramount that no-one’s safety either on site or around the site, was compromised. Strict adherence to Health and Safety protocols, both statutory and those requested by the school, ensured this was so throughout the duration of the project. Similarly, the professional conduct of the entire site team, the general tidy appearance of site times and the minimal disturbances to normal school day activities and use of adjacent sports grounds, were all exemplary. The superb playing surface has been eagerly used by a range of children from ages 6 – 16, hockey is a major sport at Cundall and the opportunity to play on our own astro has been wonderful.

We approached five companies, asking for specification advice and quotations. It soon became obvious that SIS Pitches were the most helpful in putting together the best specification which suited our budget and needs. The School had insisted on a very tight programme based upon completion during the school summer holidays and then added the complication of having to work around new building works. Your Site Supervisor, Cameron Thompson, took all in his stride and did a magnificent job. Cameron Thompson and his site team worked long days and weekends to complete the project on time. He answered every email and telephone call (and there were many) and always gave truthful answers and delivery dates. Now that the works are complete and the pitch is in full use, all participating teams and visiting teams have commented on the excellent playing surface and

SIS Pitches (SIS UK Ltd) have today completed installation of our new Multi Use Games Areas, on time and on budget, just as they promised. The courts look amazing and our students can’t wait to get on to them and start to take advantage of this significant improvement to our facilities. These courts replace an often waterlogged grass pitch and SIS Pitches have made the area playable all year round through the installation of an extensive drainage system. I am delighted with the result and am already looking at the next project they can develop for me.
