Vacancy – Administration Manager (Full Time)

Location: Nottingham Office (Pinxton, Nottingham)

SIS Group is a world leading group of companies in the manufacture of artificial grass and in the design, construction, installation, maintenance, and aftercare of synthetic and natural sports pitches throughout the UK and overseas.

With a growing number of nationwide UK projects, particularly within the educational and sports sectors, our UK based company – SIS Pitches – are seeking a competent Administration Manager.

This role will involve the managing the delivery of first-class maintenance, after-care services and project delivery, linking end clients with both sales and operations. The successful candidate will work closely with the Maintenance Director and Managers to ensure they provide a high-quality, professional and effective service to all clients, whilst being responsible for the operational planning, orders and diary management.
Previous administration and planning experience is essential, and a basic knowledge of finance would be advantageous. Full training will be provided for all relevant systems. The ideal candidate would be able to show they can work hard, be a team-player, take pride in their work and show flexibility along with a willingness to learn and adapt.

You must be able to follow instructions and method statements; with a passion and commitment to the delivery of a high-quality customer-focussed service. Good communication skills, a friendly outlook, and an ability to find solutions rather than see problems are key to this role. An ability to think for yourself and identify risks is critical, as is a commitment to quality and health and safety.
