ROLE: Business Development Representative
LOCATION:  Poland

At SIS Group Limited we are passionate about sport, especially the surfaces they are played on. We manufacture, install, and maintain pitches for some of the biggest properties in world sport including the 2018 & 2022 FIFA World Cups, the 2023 Rugby World Cup and leading clubs like FC Barcelona and Manchester City FC along with many others. We have operations across the world and currently employ over 400 people.

We pride ourselves on innovation and at SIS Group new ideas have a way of becoming game-changing products, services, and customer experiences very quickly. To put it another way, we are on a mission to change the game, for good.

To achieve this, we have created the position of Business Development Representative. We are looking for a results-driven individual who will play a crucial role in our business expansion in Poland. The Business Development Representative will be responsible for monitoring tenders within our industry and establishing connections with relevant authorities and stakeholders. Proficiency in both Polish and English is essential for this role.

Key Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role, preferably in the construction or sports industry.
• Proficiency in both Polish and English languages (written and spoken).
• Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
• Results-oriented mindset with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a global team.
