Full construction and installation of the full-size FIFA Quality, synthetic pitch with new SISTurf surface was installed at Lakewood AFC. Works included all civils, drainage, fencing, netting and installation of a new LED floodlighting system.
SISTurf brings outstanding performance and durability to pitches used by a variety of major global sports. Synthetic turf is becoming increasingly popular at Irish sports venues as more and more clubs and organisations see the benefits of using this durable, high-quality surface.
The Official opening was attended by Irish National team manager Martin O’Neill and FAI CEO John Delaney.
