During March 2021, SIS Pitches was tasked with supplying and installing a new synthetic pitch for Maghera Leisure Centre.
The 8,789 m2 all-weather playing facility required a surface that is fit for GAA, rugby, and football. With this in mind, SISTurf Hybrid 60mm was the turf of choice to be laid on a prefabricated shockpad.
The installation process was completed with testing to FIFA quality and World Rugby standards. After passing with flying colours, the pitch was certified for the highest level of performance.
Their new all-weather playing surface has greatly impacted the offering and capacity of the leisure centre and is now providing a world-class playing surface to all of their users.
