SIS Pitches Partners with Baseball United to Build the First Professional Baseball Ballpark in the Middle East and South Asia

SIS Pitches is proud to announce our partnership with Baseball United, the first professional baseball league focused on the Middle East and South Asia.

Baseball United is committed to introducing and growing professional baseball in regions where the sport has traditionally been less available. Founded by Kash Shaikh, alongside a team of former Major League Baseball stars, the organisation aims to develop the first-ever professional baseball league across the Middle East and South Asia.

Following a successful collaboration in November 2023, when SIS Pitches transformed Dubai International Cricket Stadium for three historic matches, we are excited to continue our partnership. As Baseball United’s official field development partner, SIS Pitches will advise, design, and construct the playing field to the highest standards.

This groundbreaking ballpark will be located within The Sevens, Dubai’s premier sports and entertainment complex, just a short drive from downtown. The ballpark will be the only professional baseball facility within a 10,000 kilometre radius, stretching from Morocco to Bangladesh.

The Baseball United Ballpark will feature an industry leading synthetic playing surface with organic infill to reduce surface temperatures, professional-grade perimeter netting, and all essential field amenities for hosting world-class baseball games.

In addition to delivering an elite playing surface, Baseball United is focused on enhancing the fan experience. The ballpark will be equipped with industry leading ball tracking technology, a high-tech LED content wall, and a modular seating system to accommodate various layouts.
