This exciting role requires a proactive individual to handle financial and administrative operations, represent the company with Saudi authorities and banks, and coordinate effectively with the UAE headquarters.

Job Purpose

The Accountant and Admin Officer will be responsible for representing the company with Saudi authorities, banks, and clients while managing key financial and administrative processes. This includes bank reconciliations, invoicing, compliance with local regulations, and acting as the communication bridge between the UAE and KSA teams.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will be a confident and detail-oriented professional with strong organizational skills and a proactive approach. You will serve as the main point of contact for the Saudi entity, ensuring smooth operations and effective communication with internal and external stakeholders. This role requires a combination of administrative expertise, financial acumen, and excellent communication skills.

Summary of Responsibilities

– Represent the company in dealings with Saudi authorities, regulatory bodies, and banks.
– Act as the primary point of contact for clients in Saudi Arabia regarding invoices and financial matters.
– Manage monthly bank reconciliations, ensuring accuracy and resolving discrepancies.
– Maintain company documents and records in compliance with Saudi regulations.
– Liaise with the UAE team to ensure alignment and efficiency across operations.
– Proactively identify and address administrative and operational inefficiencies.
– Provide timely updates and reports to the UAE-based accounting team.

Essential Requirements and Skills
