Requirements

  • Collaborate with internal teams and marketing, stay aware of market trends and competitor activity, and represent the company at industry events and client meetings.

The Role

The Senior Sales Manager – USA is a highly driven and strategic individual, responsible for driving revenue growth across US professional and collegiate sports markets. The role focuses initially on SIS Grass Hybrid while representing and selling the full SIS Pitches product portfolio. This is a senior individual contributor position with responsibility for business development, strategic account management and closing complex sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead revenue growth in the US by developing and executing a targeted sales strategy across MLS, NFL, colleges, universities, and NCAA Division I programs.
  • Manage the full sales cycle while maintaining strong senior-level relationships with leagues, clubs, universities, consultants, and other key stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, forecast performance, and promote SIS Grass Hybrid alongside the wider SIS Pitches portfolio.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and marketing, stay aware of market trends and competitor activity, and represent the company at industry events and client meetings.
What We’re Looking For
  • Demonstrated success selling into US professional and collegiate sports markets.
  • Existing relationships within MLS, NFL, NCAA or comparable elite sports environments.
  • Experience closing high value, long cycle capital or infrastructure projects.
  • Background in natural grass and/or hybrid turf systems preferred.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to operate independently and manage territory and priorities effectively.
  • Familiarity with US procurement, RFP and consultant led purchasing processes.
  • Math & English Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or marketing preferred
