Our production plant is equipped with industry-leading machinery that allows us to produce artificial sports surfaces faster and more flexibly for our customers. Our synthetic sports surfaces are’t only for our own sports construction projects, we supply custom-designed orders for many installers and construction companies throughout the year.

Our wide variety of products can accommodate most sports. Where required, our manufacturing team can customize carpets to fit your needs, whether in pile height, density, color, or length.

2G Surfaces

Our 2G surfaces can be used for cricket, soccer, hockey, tennis, golf, netball, and multi-use games areas (MUGAs). Certain sports require a shock pad for performance and safety.

3G Surfaces

Our 3G surfaces are most commonly used for football,soccer, baseball, lacrosse, rugby, and multi-use games areas (MUGAs). Some of our products require a shock pad for performance and safety, depending on the sport.

4G Surfaces

4G or non-fill/part-fill carpets are sports surfaces that do not require sand or rubber infill, although we do recommend using a small amount of sand to keep the fibers standing up. Our 4G fields are mainly used for soccer and multi-use-games-areas (MUGAs).

Bespoke Synthetic Surface Manufacturing

Our flexible manufacturing set up allows us to produce a range of different turf specifications, roll sizes and colors to suit the needs of each customer. We also make special orders for surrounds and entrance areas of the pitch and dugouts.

Our advanced manufacturing process offers a variety of options including pile heights from 9mm to 70mm, gages from 3/16” to 5/8”, third generation (3G) long-pile surfaces, sand-filled or sand-dressed surfaces and a range of backing options, including latex and our own SIS Bond premium PU backing.

Whatever your sport or your own particular requirements, SIS Pitches can create bespoke synthetic turf to meet your needs.
