Field Ventilation System

High temperatures, lack of airflow and shaded areas can be common problems for natural sports fields. A solution to this problem is SIS Fan, a highly resilient and durable field ventilation and air circulation fan. It actively circulates air in the shaded areas of the field caused by the stadium shadow, towards the sunny areas.

Temperature Regulation

SIS Fan effectively balances field temperatures, moving cool air, reaching up to 203ft, from shaded areas to sunlit regions, and is capable of reducing surface temperature by 12–14 °F. By creating a uniform temperature across the field, SIS Fan minimizes risk to the playing surface

Disease Prevention

By reducing humidity and maintaining optimal airflow, the SIS Fan helps prevent the onset of diseases associated with highly humid conditions.

With integrated nozzles and a water connection, SIS Fan can provide mist to enhance airflow during ventilation. Once the fan reaches the desired speed you can activate the mist functionality. The mist function has an effective distance of up to 165 feet.

It is common for large stadiums to experience microclimates due to limited airflow and the high volume of spectators. This is even more prevalent in stadiums that allow little sun or air to flow through the roof. Our field ventilation system can alleviate these issues through circulation before and after large-scale events, especially during maintenance practices.

Operational Configuration

You can utilize manual controls to adjust fan speed and axis movements. For automatic operation, configure and activate up to four programs with specified settings for fan speed, water spray, and axis angles.
