Claremont Stadium Club Navan, are delighted to provide a testimonial for the excellent and great service provided by SIS Pitches whilst installing our new eight lane 400m athletic track to replace our old track of 20 years.
This refurbishment was a necessity and with a large community of sports people making use of the facility it was a case of now or never. We are immensely inspired and impressed that the community around us have shown their support and generosity in this massive undertaking. The revamped athletic track provides a huge opportunity for many individuals and small groups to get out and exercise. We know that in the future there will be many schools eager to hold their sports days on the new track. And we look forward to witnessing many Athletics Ireland, training courses and events here in the future. The startling blue colour is getting plenty of comments and bringing smiles to faces. The team at SIS was a pleasure to work with, from Quotation to Finished product they kept us informed of the progress of the installation from start to finish. Any questions we had were answered quickly.
The team worked to a very high professional standard and despite Covid 19 they adhered to their promised schedule. Mark and Darren were very professional and always available during the whole project which took 2 months and was completed to an excellent standard with IAAF certification to boost. We hope to have the chance to work with SIS for future projects and have no problem recommending them to others. Finally we would like to say thank you to the SIS team for making this goal a reality.

With SISGRASS, SIS Pitches has not only matched the competition I believe they have bettered it. The accuracy of the stitching was amazing and was also cleaner and neater. We definitely would not have been able to afford this mini pitch without SIS Pitches because capital development has been reduced everywhere. Cundall Manor School required SIS to deliver a turnkey package to a tight budget and deadline. The company were very accommodating and worked closely with us throughout the delivery of the project. Regular and open communication in the run up to the start of the project and then throughout the build ensured the senior management from the school were kept aware of progress and developments at all times, and that there was no slippage in either timescale or costs.
It was paramount that no-one’s safety either on site or around the site, was compromised. Strict adherence to Health and Safety protocols, both statutory and those requested by the school, ensured this was so throughout the duration of the project. Similarly, the professional conduct of the entire site team, the general tidy appearance of site times and the minimal disturbances to normal school day activities and use of adjacent sports grounds, were all exemplary. The superb playing surface has been eagerly used by a range of children from ages 6 – 16, hockey is a major sport at Cundall and the opportunity to play on our own astro has been wonderful.

Crawley Borough Council appointed Support in Sport (SIS) to supply and install a 3G Pitch. The standard of service received from appointment through to completion was to a high professional standard. We approached five companies, asking for specification advice and quotations. It soon became obvious that SIS Pitches were the most helpful in putting together the best specification which suited our budget and needs. The School had insisted on a very tight programme based upon completion during the school summer holidays and then added the complication of having to work around new building works. Long-serving Trustee and Lead Member for Fund Raising, Sandylands Sports Centre
The full-size floodlit 3G Artificial Grass Pitch at Sandylands Sports Centre, a self-help Registered Charity run by a voluntary Management Committee, is one of the most well-used facilities of its kind in the country. Indeed, the Sports Centre is also the main provider of community sport and recreational facilities in Craven. However, unfortunately, we are a victim of our own success and, of late, the surface of the 2004 facility was becoming very ‘flat’ and did not comply with FA or FIFA standards. SIS (UK) Ltd have recently undertaken the required re-surfacing and actually finished ahead of schedule and to budget.
The Management Committee are highly delighted with the work and your staff, especially Jon the Contracts Manager and Mark the Site Supervisor are a credit to SIS. We had six weeks to grow the pitch from seed, and in this time we also had to carry out the stitching. The pitch was completed in five days with two machines- which is remarkable. The machines have many features which help to reduce the stress on the plant during the stitching which is a huge bonus with the renovation windows getting shorter every season.
We have been able to host additional usage on the stadium pitch and also improve on pitch quality. The players, coaches and staff have all noticed the difference both here and Pride Park Stadium and at our training centre, where we have installed four.

Whilst our priority is to provide the best possible playing surface for our home Aviva Premiership Rugby and European fixtures (which the SISTurf surface allows us to do), Saracens has also always been known for its community focus. Having the SISTurf pitch helps us provide users, young and old, from our community, access to the facility and surface for their training and fixtures. The aim is to embrace the community and encourage a sense of affiliation to Saracens, something the SISTurf pitch is a huge part of.

After consultation with world leaders in design and construction of hybrid pitches, the Malta FA awarded the contract to SIS Pitches who are well known for this type of technology. The works comprised of the removal of pitch profile to drainage level, the supply and installation of a new drainage system including a gravel layer, an irrigation system followed by sand and root zone layer as well as installation of SISGrass and grow-in maintenance. The standard of service received from appointment through to completion was to a high professional standard. The quality of construction was delivered to the highest standards with the project being delivered on schedule, within the agreed budget and to the satisfaction of players.
