How long we keep information

Data held for providing services and goods, including delivery is retained for 15 years after the final delivery.

Data held for the purpose of operation of customer accounts and guarantees is retained for one year after the expiry of the warranty. For example, if your product has a 10-year guarantee, data relating to it will be retained for 11 years.

Data held for service updates or marketing purposes is retained for 10 years after we last obtained the data from you, publicly available sources, market research organisations or providers of marketing lists.

Data held for recruitment purposes is retained for one year after the closing date of the job applied for unless agreed otherwise with you during the recruitment process.

Data held for dealing with queries, complaints or claims is held for one year after the resolution of the query, complaint or claim.

Who we share information with

We have a joint controller relationship with ZoomInfo Technologies LLC. We process your personal information with that joint controller for the following reason: We use ZoomInfo to assess potential intent of visitors to our site and make educated guesses to who visits the site based on publicly available information. We also have a joint controller relationship with The Access Group. We process your personal information with that joint controller for the following reason: We use Access Group PeopleHR for administering the recruitment of new staff, including application forms and collecting other data from applicants. We also have a joint controller relationship with Zestia Limited. We process your personal information with that joint controller for the following reason: We use Capsule CRM to record details of existing and prospective customers in order to manage our ongoing relationship with those that have expressed an interest in SIS Pitches products and services.
