Our fitters only use specialist equipment, tested materials, such as adhesives and proven techniques to ensure perfect roll joints. In addition, we incorporate infill materials that are approved and tested for size consistency on site. These will allow water to drain freely through the pitch, whilst providing the desired performance for that sport.
Skilful infilling is essential and we use SandMatic machines to regulate each layer of infill exactly. The SandMatic is a compact, automatic, self-driven infilling machine that provides the exact dosage of sand and rubber into modern synthetic turf surfaces.
SYNTHETIC PITCH INSTALLATION
When installing an artificial turf pitch, it’s important to begin with levelling the site. The foundations and base construction follows as an essential process to ensure a level playing surface. Before installing SISTurf, and if a surface is particularly uneven, a shock pad may be required. The 3G SISTurf product of choice is then installed by our team of professionals, then the pitch is finished with perimeter fencing and the necessary sports equipment.
NATURAL GRASS PITCH INSTALLATION
For turfing a natural grass pitch, installation can take just two days and can be used almost immediately. Similar to any pitch installation, we start with levelling the surface of the area and making sure the drainage and irrigation solutions are in place. The quality of the turf to be laid by our skilled installation team is one of our main focuses, however healthy root zones are incredibly important to ensure the pitches quality endures.
