A measure of our global reputation in natural turf is the fact that we have been asked to install new pitches at stadia right around Europe including Parken Stadium in Copenhagen, Friends Arena in Sweden, Real Madrid’s Bernabau Stadium in Spain, and at Danish club Brondby IF.

What’s more, some of the biggest events in the sporting calendar have been held on our pitches such as the UEFA Champions League Final, European Championship matches, the World Football Cup Finals, the European Rugby Heineken Cup Final, The African Cup of Nations and the Six Nations Rugby Tournament.

On every project, we make absolutely sure that all of our pitches can stand up to all the challenges provided by busy stadia, competitive sports activity and environmental conditions.

A premium natural turf pitch in just two days

Installing turf usually takes two days and the surface can be used almost immediately. We can also fit our own under-soil heating and ventilation system, SISAir, as well as drainage and irrigation solutions.

Along with quality turf and skilled installation, we focus on healthy rootzones, to help maintain a pitches’ performance quality for years to come.

In addition, we carry out resurfacing of turf pitches which can be a lower cost option if budgets are tight. This service can also be incredibly quick. In 2014, we completed our fastest ever re-turf at the Amsterdam Arena in just 14 hours.

NATURAL GRASS PITCH INSTALLATION

For turfing a natural grass pitch, installation can take just two days and can be used almost immediately. Similar to any pitch installation, we start with levelling the surface of the area and making sure the drainage and irrigation solutions are in place.

The quality of the turf to be laid by our skilled installation team is one of our main focuses, however healthy root zones are incredibly important to ensure the pitches quality endures.

For natural grass pitches we use computer programs which give us an in-depth analysis of the soil and weather profiles for your venue. We can give you advice on the correct undersoil heating and irrigation systems, and then design and build the most cost-effective solution for you. We can also install a unique drainage system based on ground-breaking technology which has been developed in the Netherlands.

NATURAL GRASS FOOTBALL PITCH

A natural grass football pitch in a stadium environment is preferred when a top groundsman is able to sustain this high quality natural turf. This is often the players preferred choice of football surface, with the only limitation being the amount of use the pitch can get.
