We provide the full artificial field construction project, starting with a visit to your current site for a comprehensive survey and design service.

Before any work can begin, we remove and dispose of your existing artificial turf and shockpad at an approved environmental processing facility.

We conduct remodeling surveys, excavating and removing the existing ground material. The substrate is then re-leveled to achieve the required slopes, with a suitable field drainage system.

A geotextile membrane is installed with a design-specified level of reduced fine aggregate subbase. Installing all necessary curbs around the field, fence posts are erected around the perimeter and decontamination grills installed on entrances.

Tarmac is installed with a high-quality shock pad selected to suit your needs. Floodlights are installed, and our team of fencing specialists installs your fencing and gates.

It’s now time to install SIS Grass Synthetic carpet. Our high-quality surfaces are manufactured in our factory. Recycled kickboards (made from recycled artificial turf) are installed to help avoid infill migration.

Remaining line markings are installed and lines painted where necessary, adding additional field markings to the surface. We can also supply goals and sports equipment as part of the project.

Uniquely, we are even there for you after field handover. We can provide maintenance equipment and training. Unlike others, we help you prolong the life of your investment through tailored maintenance contracts, repairs and aftercare services.

We supply synthetic sports surfaces and construction services for the entire sports facility. This includes parking lots, electric vehicle charging stations, civil works, landscaping, and conservation areas, from athletic tracks to hockey fields, cricket nets, wickets, courts, and multi-use games areas (MUGAs).

Subsurface layers, shock pads, synthetic carpet, and infill combine to create an optimal performance system. We collaborate with you to tailor this system to your sport, facility usage, and environment. Options include pile height, color, and yarn type for your artificial grass, as well as selecting the right sand and choosing between rubber crumb, organic infill, or non-infill carpets.
