GAMEREADY Hybrid is a range of stitched turf systems delivering a fast and cost-effective alternative to traditional hybrid carpets. Designed for stadiums operating under tight schedules, it provides reinforced, match-ready surfaces in just days, while avoiding the excessive firmness often associated with carpet-based systems, creating a safer playing environment for athletes.

The range includes Pre-Stitched Turf, where natural grass is grown and stitched at the turf farm before delivery, and Rapid-Stitch Turf, where natural turf is installed and stitched simultaneously on site to achieve deeper hybrid reinforcement.

The GAMEREADY Hybrid range offers two solutions: Pre-Stitched Turf and Rapid-Stitch Turf.

PRE-STITCHED TURF

Premium natural turf grown and pre-stitched at a turf farm, delivered and installed in just two days as a fully reinforced, match-ready hybrid surface. As the first option in our GAMEREADY Hybrid range, it offers the strength of SIS Grass fibres without the slow, costly processes of traditional hybrid carpet systems - a fast and efficient solution for high-performance stadiums.

RAPID-STITCH TURF

When timelines allow a few additional days, Rapid-Stitch Turf delivers the ideal balance of fast installation and deeper hybrid reinforcement, creating a stronger, more durable natural playing surface without compromising quality. Premium natural turf is installed and stitched simultaneously, powered by SIS Grass Hybrid, the world’s fastest hybrid stitching technology.

Speed: Our hybrid grass machines have reduced full-pitch installation times by up to 78%.

Lightweight design: At just 3.5 tonnes, these machines are over 70% lighter than competing models, significantly reducing stress and compaction on the turf.

Flexibility: With stitching depths ranging from 45mm to 180mm and variable stitching spacings, these machines enable shallow-stitch compatibility and have made the development of the GAMEREADY Hybrid range possible.

Rapid-Stitched Turf Installation Process

Grow

Expertly nurtured sports grass from SIS Pitches’ very own turf farms or other global suppliers.

Harvest

Sports turf containing hybrid fibre reinforcement is cut, lifted and rolled to specification.

Transport

Turf is taken in refrigerated trucks immediately, arriving at stadium hours after harvest.

Install

Turf is laid by experts in stadium, on either a Permavoid-type system or a prepared rootzone surface.

Stitch

SIS Grass Hybrid technology is injected at 85mm depth.

Play

Within as little as four days the surface can be game-ready.
