We provide the full artificial pitch construction project, starting with a visit to your current site for a comprehensive survey and design service.

REMOVE AND RECYCLE

Before any works can progress, we uplift and dispose of your existing artificial turf and shock pad to an approved environmental processing facility.

EXCAVATION AND DRAINAGE

We carry out remodelling surveys with the existing ground material excavated and removed. The substrate is then relevelled to achieve required falls, with a suitable pitch drainage system.

LAY THE GROUNDWORK

A geotextile membrane is installed with a design-specified level of reduced fine aggregate subbase. Installing all necessary curbs around the pitch, fence posts are erected around the perimeter and decontamination grills installed on entrances.

LAYERS, LIGHTS AND FENCING

Tarmacadam is installed with high quality shockpad selected to suit your circumstances. Floodlights are installed and our team of fencing specialists install your fencing and gates.

SMART ON THE SURFACE

It’s now time to install SIS Grass Synthetic carpet. Our high-quality surfaces are manufactured in our UK factory in Cumbria. Recycled kickboards (made from recycled artificial turf) are installed to help avoid infill migration.

DRAWING THE LINES

Remaining linemarkings are installed and lines painted where necessary, adding further pitch markings to the surface. We can also supply goals and sports equipment as part of the project.

THE SURFACE IS JUST THE START

Uniquely, we are even there for you after pitch handover. We can provide maintenance equipment and training. Unlike others, we help you prolong the life of your investment through tailored maintenance contracts, repairs and aftercare services.
