Your mission

As International Sales Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind our international expansion. You’ll introduce our innovative solutions to sports clubs, federations, and contractors, opening doors with flair and conviction. You’ll build lasting relationships, leverage your network, and know exactly how to successfully launch a new product in the market.

What you’ll bring
  • An energetic, entrepreneurial attitude and a strong drive to succeed.
  • Experience in sales or business development, preferably within the sports sector.
  • A relevant network in the sports industry is a strong advantage.
  • Knowledge of sports fields, field construction, and natural grass is a plus.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Affinity with technology and innovation.
  • Willingness to travel internationally (30–50%).
  • Excellent command of Dutch and English (German, French, or Spanish is a plus).
  • A team player with the ability to work independently.
