Requirements

  • To undertake full project design, including pitch construction and drainage design. This shall include the preparation and ongoing maintenance of the documented requirements of the projects and the development and review of the plans and strategies to successfully deliver the projects. This shall also include continual review of the project in terms of benefits, costs and risks.
  • To co-ordinate and undertake the day to day liaison with high profile clients and governing bodies. This shall include the agreement of contracts, monitoring compliance to them and managing any variances.
  • To liaise with planning authorities and consultants. This shall include addressing and resolving any differences between stakeholders and reaching agreed resolutions.
  • To represent the client’s or organization’s interests throughout the project delivery and to all stakeholders. This shall include taking account of their levels of influence and particular interests and managing those accordingly.
  • To provide advice and instruction on the management and delivery of projects. This shall include empowering and inspiring others to deliver the projects successfully.
  • To carry out multiple site visits and surveys.
  • To use IT systems to deliver a professional project delivery service and to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues, as required.
  • To engage and manage specialists and sub-contractors as required and within control guidelines.

SIS Pitches is looking for a Project Manager for our Saudi Arabia operations, to connect and strategise with international Senior Heads while leading and driving results with our locally based Construction and Maintenance Operations teams.

The Middle East Division operates largely from their base in Dubai, UAE, with a growing office based in Riyadh, KSA to deliver services to clients across the Gulf and East Africa.

The Project Manager will support the Managing Director in designing and leading SIS Pitches Middle East long-term strategic plans. The suitable candidate will be accountable for the development of initiatives designed to deliver against key strategic and financial goals of the business and deliver the SIS Pitches Middle East expansion goals throughout the GCC region.

The job holder will be responsible for developing and implementing effective local and regional strategies for existing clients whilst leading and driving sustainable and profitable market share growth. This will be achieved whilst growing and protecting SIS Pitches identity, maintaining operational excellence, and delivering high customer service standards.

Purpose/Main Objectives of Role

To manage, co-ordinate and oversee the planning, design, technical construction and delivery of the highest quality high value and/or complex synthetic turf sports pitches projects.

To provide a full projects accounts management service to prestigious clients ensuring that the clients needs are understood and delivered through a professional and safe delivery of quality product and service and through an effective informative communication conduit with all project stakeholders.
