Requirements

  • To be responsible for the provision of estimates for prospective projects satisfying client needs in a cost effective, creative way that enhances and promotes the business.
  • To manage the costing, scope, implementation and control over works within projects where required.
  • To support the Head of Estimating and the Operations Directors in estimating and cost management of projects, including identifying areas of growth within the business, in compliance with business strategy and business planning.
  • To assist the Head of Estimating in new and existing contracts management and negotiations, including evaluations, negotiations with suppliers and all levels of stakeholders.
  • To assist in the management of multiple projects from inception to completion, ensuring the delivery of a high-quality product and service on time and within budget and within regulatory and good governance principles.

The Role

As an Estimator, you’ll create smart, cost‑effective project estimates that meet client needs and showcase our expertise. You’ll support the Head of Estimating and Operations Directors with project costing, contract negotiations, and identifying opportunities for business growth.

You’ll also play a key role in overseeing projects from early planning through to delivery, helping ensure they’re completed on time, on budget, and to the SIS Pitches standard.

Key Responsibilities
