With an expanding portfolio of UK, European and overseas clients, particularly within the educational and sports sectors, SIS Pitches (UK) Ltd is seeking an Admin Support to strengthen and further develop our current team.

Admin Support is required for a professional and friendly Sports Pitch Construction company. This is a great opportunity to develop with a busy and varied days based role. On offer are full training and a personable working environment.

The Role:

  • Based front of house at our Pinxton office.
  • General administrative, clerical and office duties including meeting and greeting visitors.
  • Work closely and communicate with our onsite based teams to offer administrative support.
  • Work closely and communicate with site based teams (Contracts & Site Managers) to offer administrative support.
  • Create and submit Purchase Orders as required.
  • Updating Work in Progress (WIP) reports as required.
  • Acting as a point of contact for customers, clients or suppliers via email, over the phone or in person.
  • Organising filing systems and updating office databases.

Key Skills:

  • You will be IT Literate (proficient in MS Office) and will have competent numeracy skills.
  • You will have previous experience of working in a commercial office based environment.
  • Those with previous experience in an office admin based role are encouraged to apply.

The position will be UK based from our Pinxton office (J28 M1).

Working hours 8.30am to 5.00pm.

Remuneration will be negotiated based on experience.
