Ballisodare United FC in County Sligo, has installed a new SISTurf Xtreme pitch in time to host the Atlantic Cup 2019.
Works were completed in August 2019 ready to host the competition at their new facility. The Atlantic Cup’s annual competition welcomes clubs from all over Ireland to compete.
This exciting project involved the construction and installation of a full-sized FIFA quality 3G pitch, with floodlighting, fencing, civils and drainage. The SISTurf Xtreme football pitch is tested to FIFA standards, designed to give exceptional performance and durability, meeting the heavy usage needs of Ballisodare United.
We wish to thank Mark, Darren and everyone at SIS Pitches for their expertise during the installation process of the 3G synthetic pitch at the Young’s Quarry, Ballisodare.
The full-size pitch will cater for our own clubs training and match day requirements. We are already seeing a demand from local schools, community groups and other football clubs who wish to avail of the facility.
