The Role

As a Back Office Administrator, you will be operating in a fast-paced, international environment, supporting our administrative processes, with a strong focus on travel coordination to ensure smooth internal operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Travel Administration – Organizing travel and accommodations for employees and project teams worldwide.
  • General Administration – Supporting daily operations, document handling, and internal coordination.
  • Financial & HR Support – Assisting with basic financial and personnel administration.
  • Process & Workflow Support – Ensuring administrative processes run efficiently across different departments.
