As a CRM Manager, you will be responsible for the overall strategy, delivery and performance of the company’s customer relationship management efforts. Through the use of CRM technology (Capsule) and robust processes, you will aim to build and develop our customer data, enhance customer lifetime value, support with customer acquisition and retention and maximise the effectiveness of the customer leads pipeline. Operating as a champion for best practice use of our recently-implemented CRM tool, you will also offer technical execution, data management, and operational aspects of the CRM system.
