Vacancy - Management Accountant (Turkiye)

They are part of SIS Group, the market leader in design, manufacturing, construction, installation, and maintenance of sports pitches for some of the world’s biggest names in sport, headquartered in the UK. The company operates from Istanbul, Turkey, servicing clients across Eastern Europe.

SIS Eastern Europe requires a Management Accountant who will be pivotal in ensuring the financial integrity of our business.

With a strong sense of reliability and proficiency, the Management Accountant will ensure consistent delivery and integrity within their role. They will thrive in a multinational landscape both internally and externally, effectively navigating cultural nuances in finance, and their proactive communication will ensure transparency across the organization.

Requirements

• 2+ years of accounting and financial experience
• Solid understanding of accounting principles for financial analysis purpose
• Hands-on, Proficiency in MS Office programs
• Excellent accounting software user and administration skills
• Communication skills, Team working, High analytical skills
• Fluent in English

Key Responsibilities

• Manage accounting operations, ensuring transactions recorded accurate and timely in the company system.
• Prepare and submit statutory and management information for preparing tax and financial reports.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations.
• Review and resolve issues in commercial contracts and ensure all stakeholders understand and adhere to contractual obligations.

Collaboration and Reporting

• Work closely with senior management to align financial strategies with company growth objectives.
• Collaborate with global finance teams (UK, Holland, Middle East) to provide real-time financial insights.
• Engage with clients, contractors, and suppliers to ensure financial clarity in all contracts.
• Report directly to the SIS Eastern Europe Finance Director.
• Based at the Istanbul Office.
