The Role

As a Maintenance Operative, you will play an essential role in maintaining various client synthetic pitches throughout the UK., whilst ensuring that information on works completed are accurately reported. You will often work independently and will report to the Synthetic Turf & Aftercare Manager on the progress of projects. Full training on bespoke machinery will be provided.

This position will require extensive travel throughout the UK and an enhanced DBS check will be completed.

Key Responsibilities

• To ensure the maintenance of SIS client synthetic pitches is carried out effectively and efficiently providing the customer with constant quality of products and services as per SIS standards.
• To assist the maintenance team in providing the client with high quality reporting information on maintenance services and to be able to offer an enhance follow up services to customers.

What We’re Looking For

• Plant machinery tickets and CSCS card are preferable.
• Full driving licence.
• Happy to work outdoors and be willing to support the business during peak summer months.
• Able to work away from home regularly.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to health and safety.
• Able to work independently.
• Previous experience in synthetic maintenance or sports surface construction is preferred.
