Completed in August 2020, this project involved the supply and installation of a state of the art synthetic all-weather Rugby pitch using our World Rugby Tested and Certified Hybrid 60 surface.
The project also included all civils, fencing and floodlighting along with the supply and installation of World Rugby certified goalposts. Despite many obstacles presented by the pandemic of Covid-19, this project was completed on time and within budget.

This was following a competitive tender process where only the highest quality synthetic rugby turf surfaces qualified against our minimum specification requirements. This was important to us as a club as we required a rugby specific surface, designed for training and competition rugby that would be comfortable for all our players young and old.
We also wanted a surface that would be enjoyed by players of all positions, from full-backs to our scrummaging props coming into skin contact with the surface on a regular basis. Since the pitch was completed we have found this to be the case and would recommend SIS Pitches as a main contractor, and their Hybrid 60 surface to any Rugby club in Ireland.”
