The Role

As a Contracts Manager, you will oversee the end-to-end delivery of projects, ensuring that operations are managed efficiently, within budget, and to the SIS Pitches standard. As Contracts Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining compliance with all legal and safety regulations while fostering strong working relationships with internal teams, subcontractors, and customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor performance, manage risk, and proactively resolve any issues that may impact project delivery.
• Manage project operations within agreed budgets, managing finances, ensuring profitability and regular reporting.
• Ensure consistency and compliance with health and safety regulations across sites.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in construction, civil engineering or sports facility industries.
• A strong understanding of artificial sports construction is highly advantageous.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Highly organised and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• A positive and proactive approach.
• A degree in construction related discipline is preferential.
