This latest innovative product has been designed to be cost-effective and to provide a high-quality stitched hybrid playing surface for a new, wider range of applications. The sturdy composition of our hybrid grass pitches ensures that they can be used in many different environments.
SIS Grass Lite has fibres stitched to a depth of 90mm, with 10mm of fibre above the surface. This means the product can be stitched into shallower, partly constructed pitch surface profiles, allowing for variable stitching spacing to meet your requirement and budget.

SIS Grass Lite offers similar benefits to those of SIS Grass. SIS Grass Lite is able to assist the root zone of pitch surfaces, giving players confidence to move without fear. What’s more, the product offers stability in some of the harshest micro-climates created by some futuristic stadia, creating robust hybrid grass pitches.

STRI SUCCESS
SIS Grass Lite, our latest hybrid grass surface product, was subjected to a series of tests conducted by one of the world’s leading sports turf consultancies – Sports Turf Research Institute (STRI). Key findings revealed:

As with SIS Grass Hybrid, the SIS Grass Lite product is installed using the fully electric SIS Grass Universal machine. The machine can install a full hybrid grass football pitch in just 7 days, significantly reducing installation times and the carbon footprint of each installation.

SIS Grass LITE INSTALLED AT LONG ASHTON GOLF CLUB
Long Ashton Golf Club is an excellent example of SIS Grass Lite in use. Here, the shallower stitching of SIS Grass Lite enabled the fibres to be blended seamlessly into the surface of the tees. The new hybrid grass has reduced turf damage and increased playability by providing a more consistent surface.
