It’s no surprise that our revolutionary SIS Grass system produces the very best hybrid turf system in the world today. It’s because the advanced equipment and new patented technology behind SIS Grass have been designed and developed exclusively to support natural turf pitches.
In fact, our flagship reinforced turf system incorporates cutting edge laser systems to guarantee 100% accuracy when injecting fibres uniformly over the entire pitch. What’s more, because SIS Grass can offer different stitch patterns and depths, you can have a sports pitch made to your exact specifications.
The technological innovations incorporated into SIS Grass include advanced polyethylene fibres, laser-guided systems, electric machines and patented injection rollers. It’s the most advanced way of reinforcing natural grass pitches with synthetic fibres.
THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN SIS GRASS HYBRID AND SIS GRASS LITE
Our standard SIS Grass hybrid pitches are stitched to a depth of 180mm; SIS Grass Lite is usually stitched to just 90mm below the surface, allowing it to be incorporated into shallow, partly constructed pitch surface profiles. As a result, the SIS Grass Lite product is also a more economical option.

Hybrid grass maintenance
Without doubt the most important operation carried out on a hybrid grass pitch will be the annual renovation. Once every 12 months the sward must be cleaned out to allow the SIS Grass fibres to be recovered and the organic build up to be removed.
