HEADMISTRESS, CUNDALL MANOR SCHOOL

Cundall Manor School required SIS Pitches to deliver a turnkey package to a tight budget and deadline. The company were very accommodating and worked closely with us throughout the delivery of the project. Regular and open communication in the run up to the start of the project and then throughout the build ensured the senior management from the school were kept aware of progress and developments at all times, and that there was no slippage in either timescale or costs.

It was paramount that no-one’s safety either on site or around the site, was compromised. Strict adherence to Health and Safety protocols, both statutory and those requested by the school, ensured this was so throughout the duration of the project. Similarly, the professional conduct of the entire site team, the general tidy appearance of site times and the minimal disturbances to normal school day activities and use of adjacent sports grounds, were all exemplary. The superb playing surface has been eagerly used by a range of children from ages 6 – 16, hockey is a major sport at Cundall and the opportunity to play on our own astro has been wonderful.

Amanda Kirby, October 2015

MANAGING DIRECTOR, ROSSLYN PARK FC

SIS Pitches were very highly recommended to us by in particular our friends at Saracens. It was a major project for Rosslyn Park, the biggest capital outlay for many a moon and we wanted to work with the best. We are absolutely delighted with our new pitch, it is an amazing facility and the amount and quality of rugby that is now being played on our 1 pitch main site is fantastic! We could not be happier with our decision to install an artificial pitch facility and, as importantly, our decision to work with SIS Pitches. We would highly recommend SIS Pitches to anyone looking to make the conversion from grass to 4G. Extremely professional from start to finish and a pleasure to work with.

HON TREASURER, EASTWOODBURY LANE CENTRE

I am delighted to have the opportunity to confirm that the SIS Pitches team produced a high grade product for us, within time, to the budget agreed, and in a very professional manner in relation to us as client. As an organisation, the Eastwoodbury Lane Centre is small – very small – with few clients, a very small annual budget, and considerable reliance on a management team of volunteers. As such, the project to create a 3G pitch represented a massive increase in financial and management commitment. We quickly identified and accepted that Phil Blackwell and his SIS Pitches team were both honest and reliable. A few issues were raised by us during construction, but Phil listened carefully, adapted the programme and delivered with no delays. The pitch looks magnificent… We, and all visitors, are immensely impressed with the lines and the methods by which they were created. To date, we have no concerns regarding the quality of the equipment or materials.

Trevor Clements, September 2015

SENIOR LEISURE OFFICER, COMMUNITY PARTNERSHIPS SERVICES DIRECTORATE

Crawley Borough Council appointed SIS Pitches to supply and install a 3G Pitch. The standard of service received from appointment through to completion was to a high professional standard. The contract was confirmed from the outset with all objectives achieved within the contract period. The site management and quality of installation was delivered to the highest standards with the project being delivered 10 days ahead of schedule and within the agreed budget. I would employ the services of SIS Pitches for future works and would recommend them as a competent contractor.

PROJECT MANAGER, ST. MARY’S RC HIGH SCHOOL

We approached five companies, asking for specification advice and quotations. It soon became obvious that SIS Pitches were the most helpful in putting together the best specification which suited our budget and needs. The School had insisted on a very tight programme based upon completion during the school summer holidays and then added the complication of having to work around new building works. Your Site Supervisor, Cameron Thompson, took all in his stride and did a magnificent job. Cameron Thompson and his site team worked long days and weekends to complete the project on time. He answered every email and telephone call (and there were many) and always gave truthful answers and delivery dates. Now that the works are complete and the pitch is in full use, all participating teams and visiting teams have commented on the excellent playing surface and

Now that the works are complete and the pitch is in full use, all participating teams and visiting teams have commented on the excellent playing surface and shockpad. A great improvement on the previous pitch. Cameron Thompson has also provided invaluable after sales assistance to the site manager who runs the facility. We would certainly recommend SIS Pitches to any of your prospective clients and they would be welcome to visit our excellent facility at St. Mary’s High School.

LONG-SERVING TRUSTEE AND LEAD MEMBER FOR FUND RAISING, SANDYLANDS SPORTS CENTRE

The full-size floodlit 3G Artificial Grass Pitch at Sandylands Sports Centre, a self-help Registered Charity run by a voluntary Management Committee, is one of the most well-used facilities of its kind in the country. Indeed, the Sports Centre is also the main provider of community sport and recreational facilities in Craven. However, unfortunately, we are a victim of our own success and, of late, the surface of the 2004 facility was becoming very ‘flat’ and did not comply with FA or FIFA standards. SIS (UK) Ltd have recently undertaken the required re-surfacing and actually finished ahead of schedule and to budget.

The Management Committee are highly delighted with the work and your staff, especially Jon the Contracts Manager and Mark the Site Supervisor are a credit to SIS Pitches. Without hesitation, Sandylands sports Centre would certainly recommend SIS (UK) Ltd to any school, football club or similar community Sports Centre to ourselves. We look forward to working with you again.

Roger Beck, October 2016

HEAD OF CAPITAL PROJECTS, DARLINGTON BOROUGH COUNCIL

SIS Pitches were a pleasure to work with and have produced a superb pitch for us. Throughout the delivery phase they worked hard to ensure that all the stakeholders involved were kept up to date with progress, and the site team went the extra mile to ensure everyone was more than happy with the end product.

Brian Robson, October 2016

FUNDING & STRATEGY DEVELOPMENT MANAGER, NORWICH CITY COMMUNITY SPORTS FOUNDATION

On behalf of Norwich City community Sports Foundation we would like to thank SIS Pitches for the recent 7 aside 3G pitch relay. The project was delivered on budget, quicker than the time timescales set and was to a very high standard. The communication and co-operation of the staff was excellent from quotation all the way to completion. We hope to use SIS Pitches in future projects and would be very happy to recommend you in the future.

BURSAR AT ST JOSEPH’S COLLEGE READING

SIS Pitches (SIS UK Ltd) have today completed installation of our new Multi Use Games Areas, on time and on budget, just as they promised. The courts look amazing and our students can’t wait to get on to them and start to take advantage of this significant improvement to our facilities. These courts replace an often waterlogged grass pitch and SIS Pitches have made the area playable all year round through the installation of an extensive drainage system. I am delighted with the result and am already looking at the next project they can develop for me.

Anthony Leggett, July 2016

SENIOR OPERATIONS MANAGER, LITTLEDOWN CENTRE

We would like to take this opportunity to thank Simon and his team for the installation of 6 3G pitches at the Littledown Centre and for the recommendation from a previous client of SIS Pitches. We insisted on a very short turnaround for the installation of the pitches and SIS Pitches comfortably delivered, Wojciech (Site Supervisor) and his team of staff worked tirelessly throughout the project to ensure the contract was delivered on time and he and his team were always accommodating with any request. We have already received fantastic feedback from our league provider, staff members and all of our long standing customers regarding how well the pitches look and play. I would have no hesitation to recommend SIS Pitches to anyone wishing to install this type of facility and we welcome anyone to visit our site in Bournemouth.

Richard Flower, July 2016

LEISURE SERVICES MANAGER, SOUTH STAFFORDSHIRE COUNCIL

I would like to report back on behalf of South Staffordshire Council our sheer delight at the excellent standard and quality of the completed 3G pitches at both Codshall and Penkridge Leisure Centre. Working in partnership with both Wolgarston and Codshall High School, the construction had to be managed well as both joint-use sites were very busy both day and night. The SIS Pitches site team worked long days and weekends to complete the projects. Communications via email, meetings and telephone were excellent. The quality of the 3G pitches is one to be celebrated and provide South Staffordshire, with a long legacy to our sporting clubs and that of the whole community. The pitches will improve opportunities for generations of people. The pupils, teachers, players and coaches absolutely love the pitches. Working with SIS Pitches has been an exciting journey and with an end product that oozes quality. Your company is held in high regard and the professionalism and dedication was a complete joy. There is no doubt South Staffordshire Council would recommend your company to other authorities, companies and sporting clubs.

Tony Ward, February 2016

STADIUM DIRECTOR, SARACENS

Whilst our priority is to provide the best possible playing surface for our home Aviva Premiership Rugby and European fixtures (which the SISTurf surface allows us to do),  Saracens has also always been known for its community focus. Having the SISTurf pitch helps us provide users, young and old, from our community, access to the facility and surface for their training and fixtures. The aim is to embrace the community and encourage a sense of affiliation to Saracens, something the SISTurf pitch is a huge part of.
